1st hole          304 yards          Par 4
The drive is from an elevated tee along a hogs back down the middle of the fairway. The fairways falls away on either side with out of bounds to the right and a beck running along the length of the hole to the left, leaving the second shot from a poor drive either above or below your feet. A very intimidating opening hole.

2nd hole          350 yards          Par 4
A straight drives leaves a second shot to the green. There is a water hazard which lies 65 yards in front of the green. A wayward tee shot to the right will leave you in heavy rough, out of bounds is to the left. The approach to the green is testing due to be 30 yards of dead ground beyond the water hazard and a beck running to the right of the green.

3rd hole          456 yards          Par 4
This is probably one of the most difficult par 4 holes for many miles. The fairway is lined along the left side by heavy gorse bushes. The right hand side is lined by rough and deep rushes. In front of the green a water hazard runs fifteen feet from the corner of the green, sloping across the fairway and rough. There is a broad fairway extending from the gorse out to the right for the drive of 170 yards or so. The longer the drive the more accuracy is required as rushes bite into the right hand half of the fairway until 230 yards from the tee the fairway falls from the left to the right in towards the rushes. Most golfers play short of the hazard for their second shot, relying on a pitch and putt. A par on this hole is like a birdie.

4th hole          152 yards          Par 4
The first par 3 requires an accurate tee shot with gorse catching a pulled shot. Surrounding the green are three sand bunkers. A carry of 120 yards from the tee is required.

5th hole          378 yards          Par 4
Another tough hole, being that gorse runs the full length of this hole on the left with a pot bunker catching the long drive. The fairway is broad up to 200 yards from the tee where it again narrows from the right. This green is the most difficult to hit with a road about 2o yards short of the green with dead ground in between, therefore a well hit accurate second shot is required to hold on a sloping green. Another testing tough hole.

6th hole          120 yards          Par 3
This is the club's signature hole. The green is 30 feet high from the tee. The tee shot is blind so player should take note of the pin position when leaving the 5th green There is out of bounds to the right and a pulled shot can result in you playing your second from the beach. The club selection is dependant on the wind, one day it could be a nine iron or wedge, the following day could result in a long iron being played.

7th hole          206 yards          Par 4
This is an hole where if you are prepared to gamble you can get an easy birdie, but a stray tee shot can result in a double bogey. The hole is surrounded by a fence which indicates out of bounds, in front of the green is a wall which is an integral part of the course. An excellent hole which favours the golfer prepared to take the gamble.

8th hole          527 yards          Par 5
The tee for this hole is behind the afore - mentioned wall and faces the fairway at a slight angle. The drive is into a broad fairway with little or no trouble on either side. A long iron or wood will leave you with a pitch into a small green which has a pot bunker at the front right. A straight forward par 5 on a calm day but with the wind in a different direction can result in this hole becoming a very long hole where a par is like an eagle.

9th hole          327 yards          Par 4
The drive at this hole is governed by rough out of bounds, rough and rushes on the left, with rushes and a water hazard to the right. The water hazard runs across the fairway at around 200 yards. The centre of the fairway usually allows a fair amount of run so a good judgement is needed. The second shot is usually hit to an horseshoe elevated green with a mid iron. Any shot missing the green is left with a tricky chip.

10th hole          270 yards          Par 4
The tee shot has to carry a water hazard which extends from the front of the tee to it’s bank. There is out of bounds right and left. The fairway rises from the back to the top of the hogs backs which extends along the first hole. The long hitter can attempt to go for the green but requires an accurate tee shot which if not hit correctly could land you in deep trouble. The second shot is a pitch from usually a sloping lie to a green that slopes from front to back and is guarded by two pot bunkers.

11th hole          297 yards          Par 4
The tee shot is played behind the tenth green and is a very intimidating drive. There is out of bounds and a water hazard to the left running along this hole and out of bounds over the road to the right. The second shot to the green is played of the slope of the hogs back with a medium iron to a green that is guarded by two large bunkers. Into the wind this probably plays the second most difficult with many a good card wrecked on this hole

12th hole          358 yards          Par 4
The tee shot for this hole has moved to an elevated tee. From this tee you are hitting directly over rushes and heavy rough, where you need to carry the ball 100 yards to reach the fairway. An accurate drive is required as there is out of bounds to the left with heavy rough to the right. A good drive will leave you with a medium to short iron to the green.

13th hole          474 yards          Par 4
The carry in a direct line from tee to green is around 200 yards over gorse and sand . Only the daring long hitters take this on drive on, which will leave them a chance to reach the green in two setting up a birdie chance. The ideal line id play to the right thereby cutting the carry. A lay up in front of the water hazard gives you a short pitch to the green.

14th hole          146 yards          Par 3
This hole plays a club shorter than the 4th hole but the tee shot must correctly hit as you are hitting to the green over gorse bushes. Any miss hit shot is punished.

15th hole          411 yards          Par 4
This is slightly longer than the fifth where the tee has moved back a little. A badly hit tee shot is grabbed by the gorse bushes. The ideal line is to the right which leaves a longer second shot to a sloping green. The shorter hitters can play short of the road leaving a short pitch and putt. Another very testing hole where a par feels like a birdie.

16th hole          530 yards          Par 5
This is a slightly longer hole than the third with the advantage of not hitting behind a wall. Two good hits leave you with a short iron to the green, beware the little pot bunker in front of the green.

17th hole          354 yards          Par 4
This tee has move 20 yards back and is played from an elevated tee. The drive is over gorse bushes and the railway lines are closer so a pulled drive is out of bounds. The key to this hole is hitting the fairway, which leaves a medium iron to the horse shoe green. A really tough hole if into a head wind.

18th hole          295 yards          Par 4
This is a very intimidating finishing hole. The tee has moved left of the tenth 20 yards closer to the railway lines and leaving a longer drive over rushes to reach the fairway, which also bring out of bounds in play, also a badly pushed drive will be swallowed by out of bounds to the right. The longer hitters can reach the top of the hill leaving a pitch to the green off a flat lie, most golfer will have a second shot to the green off a sloping lie which makes the shot a bit tricky. Any shot not hitting the green will be swallowed by the two pot bunkers at the front. Again a really intimidating hole into the wind.
