
The members and staff of Dunnerholme Golf Club offer a warm and friendly welcome to every visitor. We endeavour to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. We continually strive to improve our course and facilities making your visit enjoyable.
Our course is available for any player that possess a bone fide handicap certificate and club member tag on their bag, which they may be asked to produce. Course wardens monitor the course so that our standards remain high. Green fees are payable in the club house, this is paid by an honesty box located in the clubhouse.
Visiting parties of 8 people or more can be catered for, please contact the club secretary for details.

- Accompanied by a Member: £10.00
- Not accompanied: £15.00
Visitor Rules

- Please play off the yellow tees for men, red tees for ladies.
- All visitors must be a member of a recognised golf club.
- Repair pitch marks on greens and rake bunkers.
- Switch off your mobile phone.
- Do not leave litter, empty bottles etc, on the course, use the baskets provided.
- Please remember to give way to green staff working on the course.
- Strictly observe the rules of golf, the etiquette of golf and all course notices.
- Maintain an acceptable standard of appearance on the course and in the clubhouse.
- Avoid slow play, a four ball should be able to complete the course in or around 4 hours.
How To Find The Dunnerholme Golf Club, Askam

- From Jct 36 M6 and head West on the A590 towards Barrow in Furness.
- Stay on the A590 (approx 27 miles) and you will pass through Lindal Village. Keep going until you reach the Dalton Roundabout (½ mile).
- At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A590 (signposted Barrow).
- Follow this road until you reach the next roundabout (approx 1mile).
- At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Askam Road - A595 (signposted Workington).
- Follow this road down the hill for 1.94 miles. The road will take a sharp right, but instead TURN LEFT over the level crossing.
- As you exit the level crossing you need to indicate right and turn off by the Co-op onto Duddon Rd.
- Travel down Duddon Rd for 1/3 mile (passing the Duddon Social club on your right), you will see an entrance on the right signposted Dunnerholme Golf Club.
- Go over the cattle grid and follow the road until you reach the entrance to the caravan park and then turn right into the golf club entrance.
